Parts of body needed to be strengthened.

  1. My left forearm,
  2. My entire right leg, it is far better than before, although it still feels like a chicken drumstick sometimes, especially the hip flexor area.
  3. My shoulders.
  4. My calfs and hamstrings, especially on the right leg. But that is kinda repetitive over #2.
  5. My core muscle. Turning and lifting up stuff are still problematic for me.
  6. My right tricep. It needs to learn to loosen up. Need to do a lot of light weight tricep curl to stretch it.
