Parts of body needed to be strengthened.
- My left forearm,
- My entire right leg, it is far better than before, although it still feels like a chicken drumstick sometimes, especially the hip flexor area.
- My shoulders.
- My calfs and hamstrings, especially on the right leg. But that is kinda repetitive over #2.
- My core muscle. Turning and lifting up stuff are still problematic for me.
- My right tricep. It needs to learn to loosen up. Need to do a lot of light weight tricep curl to stretch it.
