Wow, big mistake.
I didn’t have enough breakfast. Instead, I ate two bananas and a cup of milk for breakfast. Then I went through my regular morning exercises, first the balance exercise and then the core strength exercise done on a fitness ball. Afterward, I had major low blood sugar attack. I felt so weak and couldn’t do anything about it. Fortunately, my dad was there to help me with the fitness ball exercise, and he spoon-fed me yogurt to help me recover. Phew, gonna be careful next time. That feeling sucked. And banana sucks too.
