My goal in long term for exercise
I don’t stop, ever, if the goal is not reached. I know it will take time, it is hard and it is a process, that is why it also needs determination.
My goal is to be able to walk with 3 legs only, not the 4+2 I am relying on right now. It is tough, considering how bad a shape I was in at the beginning of May, slightly less than 2 months before. But if I am to be consistent, persistent, I will prevail.
