Saw “(500) days of summer” last night. It was a very well directed, written and acted movie, that I am planning on buying the DVD for and definitely going to watch again.

Funny how I feel for Tom. I know exactly how he felt for Summer when he was in love with her, how he felt when he was abandoned like old shoes by her. Except in my case, it would have been 3500 days of summer, err, and counting. While Tom only lost his innocence, I had lost everything. Fortunately, I still have a positive attitude, or I would have jumped off the nearest cliff.

Not that I haven’t tried. It ends up looking like painless suicide is actually quite complicated, not as simple as swallowing a bunch of pills and then lie down and wait for the angels to take you.
